How We Handle Returns & Refunds

At DiapersNG, your satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of the products we sell and for the health and safety of all babies, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on baby diapers or other hygiene products once they have been delivered.

Our customer service team is available to answer any questions about products, sizes or brands before you make a purchase. We strongly encourage customers to confirm all order details before completing payment.

Damaged or Faulty Products

We carefully inspect every order before dispatch. However, if your package arrives damaged or appears to have been opened during transit, please follow the steps below:

Orders Received Before 5:00 pm

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the packaging is damaged, opened or tampered with, do not accept the package.
Return it immediately to the delivery rider.
Contact us straight away via Instagram, WhatsApp or telephone so we can assist you promptly.

Orders Received After 5:00 pm

If you are unable to contact us immediately:

Take clear photographs of the damaged or opened packaging before opening the product.
Send the photographs to us via WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Return the package immediately through the dispatch rider or as instructed by our customer service team.

Please note that claims for damaged products must be reported immediately upon delivery. Claims made after the product has been used or significantly delayed may not be eligible for review.

Sale Items

Products offered at discounted prices may be on sale for reasons such as:

Minor cosmetic damage to the outer packaging (for example, packaging secured with clear tape following shipping), or older stock that remains fully usable and safe within its expiry date.

These reasons do not affect the quality or performance of the product unless otherwise stated.

Customers are welcome to request photographs of any sale item before purchasing, and our team will be happy to provide them where available.

Warehouse Collection

Customers who choose to collect their orders from our warehouse are welcome to inspect their products before leaving with their purchase. Once the order has been accepted and collected, it is considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Health & Safety Commitment

Because baby diapers and hygiene products are personal care items, we cannot resell returned products. To protect the health and safety of every baby and family we serve, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds on these items.
